Ed has been in the real estate and mortgage business since 1985 and has run a multitude of real estate, banking and title companies, as well as an SEC approved Regulation “D” Hedge Fund. With 450 personnel under management, Gitlin had exercised his exit strategy and sold the business at a peak of $650 million in asset transactions in 2007 to Realogy, a publicly traded Company.
At the present time, Ed and his team are involved in hard money lending, loan portfolio, and Risk Management as well as Mergers and Acquisitions of Performing and Non-Performing Platforms.
Gabe has an unsurpassed knowledge and extensive experience in providing legal services to developers, real estate syndication, lenders, NYC air rights transfers, advisory to not-for-profit on all aspect of real estate.
Gabriel’s area of expertise is in lender-financed transactions including facilities, secured and unsecured arrangements, acquisition, and credit-backed financings.
Gabe is a graduate of Brooklyn Law School, where he concentrated in real estate development and finance, serving as the symposium chair for the Journal of Law and Policy, vice president of the Real Estate Society and Secretary of the Jewish Law Students Association.
Thomas brings a tremendous benefit with his experience in transactional law, finance and corporate governance, securities, mergers and acquisition and litigation.
Thomas has worked for United States Securities and Exchange Commission and had arbitrated before the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, including cases private placements, real estate investment trusts (REITS), structured products.
Tom, earned his law degree Cum Laude from Hofstra University School of Law, where he was a Dean’s Scholar, and the Business and Technology Editor of the Hofstra Labor and Employment Law Journal.
Lera brings a unique asset of excellent organizational and interpretation skills.
With wide experience in both public and private sectors, her day-to-day activities include; quality, integrity and sound financial analysis, underwriting and risk rating, borrowers’ creditworthiness, ability to repay obligation, navigate complex issues with senior management and counsel, perform detailed post-closing reviews; verify loans, investor and agency requirements, adhere to guidelines and procedures.
Lera graduated Baruch College with an Actuarial Science degree and has passed Actuary Exams 1 &2.

Mr. Goykhman’s career started at Ernst & Young where he handled tax compliance for real estate investment trusts including Tishman Speyer, Fortress and Soros.
Dmitriy graduated from Pace University cum laude with a degree in Accounting and is an active member of the American Institute and NYS Society of Certified Public Accountants and acts as Treasurer for several Non-Profit organizations.

Hacker, Johnson & Smith PA are Certified Public Accountants founded in 1974 specializing in Independent Financial Audits for financial institutions, securities broker/dealers, public offerings and private placements, as well as mutual to stock conversions.
The firm is registered with the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB) and is also a member of both the Center for Public Company Audit Firms and the Employee Benefit Plan Audit Quality Center sections of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
Mr. Hacker had consulted and assisted in the formation of over fifty De Novo Banks and worked in the accounting division of the Office of Thrift Supervision in Washington, D.C.
