With 450 personnel under management, Gitlin had exercised his exit strategy and sold the business at a peak of $650 million in asset transactions in 2007 to Realogy, a publicly traded Company.
At the present time, Ed and his team are involved in hard money lending, loan portfolio, and Risk Management as well as Mergers and Acquisitions of Performing and Non-Performing Platforms.

Gabriel’s area of expertise is in lender-financed transactions including facilities, secured and unsecured arrangements, acquisition, and credit-backed financings.
Gabe is a graduate of Brooklyn Law School, where he concentrated in real estate development and finance, serving as the symposium chair for the Journal of Law and Policy, vice president of the Real Estate Society and Secretary of the Jewish Law Students Association.

Thomas brings a tremendous benefit with his experience in transactional law, finance and corporate governance, securities, mergers and acquisition and litigation.
Thomas has worked for United States Securities and Exchange Commission and had arbitrated before the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, including cases private placements, real estate investment trusts (REITS), structured products.
Tom earned his law degree Cum Laude from Hofstra University School of Law, where he was a Dean’s Scholar, and the Business and Technology Editor of the Hofstra Labor and Employment Law Journal.

Gene joined the firm with an extensive background in asset based lending operations. Having previously built his own private equity firm with a specialized focus on collateral loan agreements, Gene brings a plethora of invaluable experience and knowledge to our team.
Gene’s past employers include: Barclays Investment Bank, National Bank Of Canada, and Merrill Lynch where he was involved in equity raises, credit line syndications, SWOT analysis, risk assessment, due diligence, and underwriting of mergers and acquisitions. He actively participated in negotiations and executions of contracts, collateral logistics, implementation of system flows and business processes.
Gene has been published in periodicals and academic journals in the finance and lending industry. He continues to provide his clients with creative and strategic lending options when traditional loans and formal financing are no longer available.
Gene is a graduate of The George Washington University in Washington D.C., and holds a BBA with a dual concentration in Finance and International Business. He also completed academic time in London studying Global Finance and Management.

Lera brings a unique asset of excellent organizational and interpretation skills.
With wide experience in both public and private sectors, her day-to-day activities include; quality, integrity and sound financial analysis, underwriting and risk rating, borrowers’ creditworthiness, ability to repay obligation, navigate complex issues with senior management and counsel, perform detailed post-closing reviews; verify loans, investor and agency requirements, adhere to guidelines and procedures.
Lera graduated Baruch College with an Actuarial Science degree and has passed Actuary Exams 1 & 2.
Senior Loan Advisor
Eric began his career in 2013 at TerraCRG‘s Debt Financing Division, a specialized boutique Brooklyn based commercial real estate brokerage. His core focuses were on commercial brokerage, acquisition, and development, thereafter, expanding to loan origination, and restructuring commercial real estate debt.
While at TerraCRG, Eric had matriculated into the sales division and through his passion for the work, quickly advanced to a Senior Associate position evaluating and marketing New York City’s multifamily and mixed-use assets.
In 2019, Eric was named the Director of Sales at Commercial Acquisitions and lead a successful brokerage team.
During Eric’s career he was instrumental in closing over 100 transactions.
Eric’s expertise includes negotiation, evaluations, underwriting, and sales.
Transaction Management Advisor
At Tower Fund Capital, Israel is a liaison between Brokers, Lenders, Attorneys, Title and Insurance Companies. His duties include loan analysis, processing, collection and integrity verification of collateral documents.
In addition to Tower Fund Capital, Israel’s experiences include a collections coordinator at Borg Law and analyst at Marcus & Millichap.
While at Marcus & Millichap, Israel gained extensive experience in client relations, real estate analysis, market research, and was involved in modeling and underwriting over $40 Million of real estate investment properties.
Israel is a graduate of Drexel University’s LeBow College of Business with concentrations in Real Estate Management and Development, International Business, as well as Marketing.
In the Fall of 2022 Israel is starting his new chapter in achieving a J.D. Degree at Brooklyn Law School with an emphasis on Real Estate Transactions, Finance, Banking, and Business Organization.
Israel holds MLO NMLS, NYS Realtor, and Notary Public licenses.

His role involved client relations, loan analysis, and underwriting.
Jesse has also gained a start-up experience as a Business Development Analyst at Official.
While building a company from the ground up Jesse’s role included advertising, and client relations.
Jesse is a graduate from The University of Delaware’s Lerner College of Business

Alex is a critical thinker with leadership skills with major emphasis on detail attention and organization. Her prior position as a data entry clerk has enabled her to demonstrate exemplary data analysis skills, and great attention to detail.
Alex holds licenses and certifications with Hootsuite, Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) for Merchants, Global Understanding Program with ECU, Cybersecurity Awareness, International Bank Management Program
Alex graduated Summa Cum Laude from Florida International University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration, focusing on finance and international business.
